Theresa Lessick is the backbone of the APEX team, providing the organization with her energy and expertise. Prior to joining APEX Wood Floors, Theresa gained extensive experience in various departments, such as accounts payable and receivable, human resources, and information technology. Today, she leads APEX alongside her husband, John. Theresa works closely with vendors, designers, and architects to ensure every client receives a final product that meets their needs. Through her strength, intelligence, and diligence, she has streamlined the company’s business functions and helped to maintain APEX’s proactive and organized culture.

Theresa is an Illinois native, having been raised in Wheaton. She is committed to her family and community and is involved in her local church, Harvest Bible Chapel, in Naperville. Along with her husband, Theresa serves on the senior elder team at their church. Theresa is deeply committed to APEX’s values, including their products’ unmatched integrity and purpose.
